Commission Info

If you would like to commission a custom made, bespoke costume, head or partial of your character or fursona, please contact us to arrange a quote. When contacting us, please provide a full description of exactly what you would like to commission, as well as any reference images you might have.

We are currently open and accepting commissions.

We work mainly in the realistic style and specialize in this area. We can create a truly dizzying array of creatures and the costs involved can vary wildly, however, below is a brief example of prices.

HEADS:

A standard realistic head with glass eyes, realistic jaw set and opening, responsive mouth starts at around US$700. Complex markings or other features may incur additional fees. If your character is a unique creature and a completely original head base needs to be sculpted, molded and cast, this cost will be higher.

PAWS:

Arm-paws with full length sleeves, resin claws and silicone paw-pads are usually US$250. Complex markings or other features may incur additional fees.

FEET:

Feet paws with resin claws and outdoor soles are usually US$300. Complex markings or other features may incur additional fees.

TAILS:

Range in price from US$50 to US$300 for extremely complex designs.

WINGS:

Range in price depending on design, but usually start at US$400.

FULL SUITS:

Start at US$2900.

All items in our online store are pre-made and ready to ship to you immediately. You can order these items by adding them to your shopping cart and checking out as normal.

Voodoo Delicious Terms of Service.

Before ordering please read over our terms of service for some important information. By placing an order you are letting us know that you have read and accept our terms of service.

Quotes.

Once you have contacted us and provided us with a description and reference images of your chosen design, you will be provided with a quote, which will be valid for six months from date of issue. A quote does not guarantee you a commission slot.

All prices that you are quoted, are firm and non negotiable. Quotes do not include postage or delivery costs, they cover the finished costume article only.

Wait times and the commission queue.

We will let you know what the wait time is likely to be before your down-payment has been received.

Voodoo Delicious is a full time professional costume and creature creation business and as such all orders are completed in a timely manner.

We usually accept commissions on an individual basis and will let you know how many commissions are in the queue ahead of you, before you complete your down-payment.

Most orders are completed in two to four weeks depending on the complexity of the project and number of commissions in the queue.

All pre-made items, such as heads and tails that are available in our online store, are in stock and ready to ship. These items ship immediately.

Paying for your commission.

We accept PayPal and bank deposit, (bank deposit available within Australia only) international money transfer is also available upon request.

We accept PayPal and credit card for all items in our online store.

Please wait for us to bill you before paying your commission down-payment.

Payment terms are fifty percent, non refundable, deposit, with the additional fifty percent, plus shipping, to be paid upon completion of your commission. You will be sent pictures of your finished commission upon its completion.

Full payment up front is also available.

Cancellations and changes.

Cancellations are not accepted once construction has begun, so please be sure that you want what you order.

If construction has not begun, you will be refunded the commission cost paid, however the deposit will not be refunded.

We begin working on commissions very quickly in most cases, buying materials and starting the construction, which is why the deposit is non refundable.

      If after multiple attempts to get character details and measurements and or a duct tape dummy from you and a full two months have passed with you not            providing these details, your commission will be cancelled and your non-refundable deposit will be lost, so please respond to all email requests for this                                                                                                                                     information promptly.

Deadlines.

If you require your commission by a certain date please let us know as soon as possible and we will make every effort to have your commission completed by your requested date. We will inform you if your requested completion date is possible before accepting your commission.

Measurements and Duct tape dummies.

Duct tape dummies are required for full suits though in special circumstances we can work from measurements only, however the fit will not be as accurate as it would be when working from a duct tape dummy.

You will be sent a list of required measurements for your project before work begins. These measurements or the duct tape dummy must be received before work can commence. delays in providing us with your measurements or duct tape dummy will delay the completion of your commission.

Change of mind.

If you change your mind about the design of your commission after the design has been finalized, you will incur a fee to make changes. the fee for changes is dependent on the level of changes required and how much work has already been done and will need to be re-done. Please be certain about your design when you finalize it.

Photos.

Voodoo Delicious will send you pictures of your completed commission as soon as it is done.

We do not provide work in progress photos as many of our construction techniques are only used by us and we would prefer to keep those techniques protected.

Voodoo Delicious reserves the right to use any pictures we take on our website, advertising and social media channels.

Shipping.

Shipping is available worldwide and Voodoo Delicious creations are already in many different countries.

We ship via Australia post by methods that are fast reliable and offer tracking.

We cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages, but we will make every effort to assist you if the worst should happen.

We have never had a commission not arrive as intended however, which is why we pay for premium shipping services.

Warranty.

Voodoo Delicious offers a ninety day warranty on workmanship and materials. We use only the very best materials and take extreme care to ensure the durability of our creations.

Damages caused by extreme use, abuse or general silliness are not covered by the warranty.
