How do I see out of my mask?

Vision is through the tear ducts and because of the way that our bases are designed, vision is very good indeed.

What are your realistic heads made from?

For the most part, our heads are constructed of faux fur and the skulls are made of cast polyurethane resin. several designs also use silicone for the tongues as well as glass eyes.

How much are your costumes?

Please email us with a description of what you would like commissioned, along with any reference images and we will email you back with a quote.

I Live somewhere in the world, can I still order from you?

Absolutely, we ship worldwide.

What are your payment options?

We accept Paypal and bank deposit, (bank deposit available within Australia only) international money transfer is also available upon request.

We accept Paypal and credit card for all items in our online store.

What are your payment terms?

Payment terms are fifty percent, non refundable, deposit, with the additional fifty percent, plus shipping, to be paid upon completion of your commission. You will be sent pictures of your finished commission upon its completion.

Full payment up front is also available.

What currency do you use on this site?

All prices are in United States Dollars(US$)

Why do you work in US dollars when you are based in Australia?

Most of my customers are from the US, so it keeps everything consistent to use only one currency.

What shipping methods do you use?

Commissions and pre-made heads are shipped via Express international courier, which is very fast, very reliable and offers end to end tracking.

less expensive items are usually shipped via airmail to save you shipping fees, however a tracking number will still be provided.

Do you need reference images for commissions?

Yes please, while we can certainly work from description, a good reference sheet is highly appreciated. We can also accept pictures or real animals, such as cats or dogs to replicate fur markings.

Let me stop you right there, it aint gonna happen. We do not make copies of other peoples suits. We also do not make suits of artwork, unless you own the art and character.

So I really love that character on that cartoon and was hoping…

Also not gonna happen. sorry but we can’t make suits of copyrighted characters… I am far too pretty for prison.

Can you accept artist freedom style commissions?

Not a problem in the world, let us know what you have in mind and we can go from there.

I really love your head base design, can I buy one?

Nope, you sure can’t. sorry but we do not sell head bases, realistic jaw sets, eyes, tongues, paw pads, only finished heads, hands feet, tails etc.

Do you use somebody else’s teeth, eyes or head bases?

Absolutely not. Every part of a Voodoo Delicious creation is unique to us, we design and fabricate every sculpted part of our creations and they are unique to us.

Can you airbrush markings?

Sure can, we work primarily in the realistic style so most of our designs are airbrushed for added realism.

Do you do light up eyes or other electronics?

No, sorry. As we work primarily in the realistic style we don’t offer light up eyes or other electronic components.

I am under eighteen, can I still order from you?

No, sorry, if you are under eighteen, your order will need to be placed by somebody who is over eighteen.

How do I get a quote?

Is there a warranty on your work?

All Voodoo Delicious creations come with a warranty. Voodoo Delicious offers a ninety day warranty on workmanship and materials. We use only the very best materials and take extreme care to ensure the durability of our creations.

Damages caused by extreme use, abuse or general silliness are not covered by the warranty.
